Agency profile and team tools are planned features. Today, eligible property listings can be submitted for review and published on Homera.
Enquiries in your account
Prospective customers can contact the lister directly. Enquiries are saved in the lister’s Homera inbox.
One free seven-day listing per Homera account. For agencies, the offer is shared across the agency and its team. The free period starts once the listing is approved and published. Further listings require the applicable paid plan.

These group packages are shown for planning and discussion. They are not available to purchase yet; agency entitlements are not connected to checkout.
Lettings package
GH₵800 / month · up to 8 listings
Each included rental listing stays live for 30 days. Additional rental listings are GH₵75 each for 30 days.
Home sales package
GH₵1,500 / month · up to 8 listings
Each included home-sale listing stays live for 30 days. Additional sale listings are GH₵150 each for 30 days.
The monthly package is paid once for that month and does not renew automatically. Homera charges flat advertising fees only and does not take a sale or rental commission. Do not make payment for these proposed agency packages until Homera confirms that they are available.
